How to use: Enter your vial size and the amount of bacteriostatic water you'll add. Then enter your desired dose to see exactly how much to draw.
Tip: 1 mL = 100 units on an insulin syringe. Draw slowly to ensure accuracy.

IGF-1 DES Dosing Protocols
| Goal | Dose | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner Protocol | 20-30mcg | Post-workout, injected into trained muscle |
| Intermediate | 30-50mcg | Post-workout, injected into trained muscle |
| Advanced | 50mcg | Post-workout, split across multiple trained muscles |
Reconstitution Steps
- 01 Allow vial to reach room temperature (15-30 min)
- 02 Sanitize rubber stopper with alcohol swab
- 03 Calculate desired concentration (e.g., 1mg in 1mL = 1000mcg/mL)
- 04 Inject diluent slowly along the vial wall
- 05 Gently swirl -- do not shake
- 06 Allow 2-5 minutes for complete dissolution
- 07 Store reconstituted solution at 2-8C
- 08 Use within 7 days when reconstituted with BAC water
- 09 Acetic acid reconstitution extends stability
Quick Reference
